Nike collaborated with fashion designer (and former Nike employee), to create a customizable Airmax 720 and 95. After weeks of research visiting the top secret facilities where Airmax bubbles are produced, sourcing raw shoe materials, a campaign inspired by Preston’s utilitarian, sustainable brand was created. Re-used scraps from Nike air bubbles formed the foundation of the set design, atop a customized 30-foot conveyor belt. The launch of the shoe was the most widely visible in Nike By You’s history.
